About the Job:

Job Description:

• Contact potential customers by phone to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.

• Make outbound calls to a provided list of leads and maintain a high call volume.

• Provide information about our products/services, answer questions, and address any concerns that potential customers may have.

• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the lead generation process is smooth and efficient.

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.

• Continuously update knowledge of company products/services, industry trends, and competitors

Technical Skills Required:

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.

Other Skills Required: 

•  Confidence and persistence to make a high volume of outbound calls.

•  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•  Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

•  Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

 Eligibility Criteria:

• No prior experience is required, fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English (verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage potential customers over the phone.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
