Our terms outline the services we will provide, how our collaboration will work, and other important aspects of our business relationship. By using our Subscription Service or receiving Consulting Services, you automatically agree to these terms as well as our Privacy Statement.
Kindly note that we offer various services, and your usage of KBK Business Solutions products or services is subject to a separate agreement, either manually or digitally executed. These additional terms become part of your agreement with us when you use our services or log into our sites.
KBK Business Solutions retains the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of this website will signify your acceptance of any new or amended terms and conditions.
KBK Business Solutions utilizes various automated and machine-learning methods to analyze information you've authorized the Service to access (Content) on your mobile device, email accounts, and other online, cloud, or mobile services (Authorized Sources). This means we will have access to, and will analyze, among other things, your full emails and other materials to help identify additional contacts and optimize your communications with them. All analysis will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you should review carefully. Additionally, the Service will continuously update your Content from the Authorized Sources unless instructed otherwise. We will process your Content and post the information in your designated customer relationship management (CRM) application.
Certain services or features on our sites may require you to create an account and set a password. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful and accurate information about yourself. Impersonating someone else while creating a User account is strictly prohibited. If your information changes, please update your account accordingly.
In some cases, an account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer. If you use or log into an account assigned by an administrator, additional terms may apply to your usage. Moreover, your administrator may be able to access or disable your account without involving us.
You agree not to access the Service through any means other than the interface provided by KBK Business Solutions. Sharing your account with others is prohibited, and you must keep your password confidential, refraining from using it on other websites. If you suspect any compromise of your account, please notify your system administrator immediately.
You may subscribe to additional features of the Subscription Service by placing an additional order or activating the additional features from your KBK Business Solutions account if available. This Agreement will apply to all additional orders and features you activate through your account.
Subject to compliance with all terms and services, including payment obligations, you may access and use the Service only for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription. You agree not to access the Service through any means other than the interface provided by KBK Business Solutions. Each user must have separate login credentials, and you should provide true, accurate, and correct information during registration and account creation.
You may not share, distribute, publish, reproduce, copy, modify, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, time-share, or commercially exploit the Service to any third party, except for internal business use. You agree to comply with these terms of service, as well as any codes of conduct, policies, or other notices provided by KBK Business Solutions in connection with the Service.
The Service should be used solely for lawful and authorized purposes, and it must not be used for competitive research, scoping, benchmarking, developing, or providing any similar or competitive product or service. You are prohibited from exceeding the scope of your authorized use of the Service.
Furthermore, you shall not use the Service to (or assist another person to) email or upload any content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights, violates any laws or contractual relationships, contains harmful software, or is otherwise unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or exposes KBK Business Solutions or its users to harm or liability.
You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers or networks, and you must adhere to all requirements, procedures, policies, and regulations of connected networks.
You may not harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information from the Service for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or communications.
You may not obtain or attempt to access any materials or information not intentionally made available through the Service.
You are solely responsible for all data, information, feedback, suggestions, text, content, and other materials you upload, post, deliver, publish, provide, or link in connection with the Service (Content). While you retain ownership of your Content, by posting it on or through the Service, you grant KBK Business Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, and perform your Content in connection with the Service.
You understand that the operation of the Service, including your Content, may be unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks, changes to conform to technical requirements, and transmission to third-party vendors and hosting partners. Therefore, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the security, protection, and backup of your Content. KBK Business Solutions will not be liable for any unauthorized access or use of your Content or any loss or corruption of your Content.
Plan Fee: With the exception of any "free trial" of the Service, you will be required to select a product plan and make payments according to your preferred method. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize KBK Business Solutions to bill your payment in advance on a periodic basis as per the terms of the selected product plan until you terminate your account as per these terms of service. All charges are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, except if KBK Business Solutions terminates your account on the Service without cause. Any plan/price changes will be at the discretion of KBK Business Solutions, and you will be notified of such changes for the next billing cycle.
Payment Methods: Subscription fees are payable through your credit card or any other accepted mode of payment. Upon receipt of your invoice, immediate payment is expected, and we will acknowledge receipt of your payment. You must ensure that the payment information provided is true, complete, accurate, and up to date, and that you are authorized to use such payment mode. If your credit card details or payment account information changes, you are responsible for updating your account or notifying us promptly at info@kbkbusinesssolutions.com.
Renewals: The subscription term begins on the agreed date and remains valid for the specified period. The term will automatically renew at the end of the subscription for a further one year unless
(i) you notify us via email of your non-renewal at least 15 days before the renewal date or
(ii) the order form specifies a different billing cycle. Any new products or features added during the subscription term will also automatically renew with the subscription term unless otherwise mentioned in the order form.
Refunds: Unless stated otherwise, all charges are non-refundable. No refunds will
